Robbie W. Haley (above) has been employed by the Panola County Sheriff's Department since November of 1995 and currently serves as Administrative Assistant to the sheriff. Along her many jobs as Administrative Assistant, she is also the assistant purchase clerk for Panola county as well being the purchase clerk for the Panola County Sheriff's Department, Panola County Jail, Panola County Airport, and Panola County E-911. She also oversees the inventory control and is the Panola County TRIAD grant coordinator as well as being a charter member of that organization. She is the school resource officer coordinator, Homeland Security grant coordinator, and the Corps of Engineers grant coordinator. She is also responsible for maintaining files on deputies (including state certifications), compiling monthly federal Uniformed Crime Reports, and she controls and maintains sex offender records (including tracking and registration.
CC Cauthen (above) has been employed by the Panola County Sheriff's Department since November of 1995 and has served as a receptionist and a jailer. She is currently serving as the Civil Process secretary and is the Assistant to the Chief Deputy. Civil Process is dedicated to furnishing the most professional support forces that a sheriff's department can provide. The civil process department strives to keep a steady flow of progress and completion of our assignments. We maintain a record of process. We know that all services cannot be completed in a hurry, but we go to all lengths trying. Services that we do are as follows: process service, grand jury subpoenas, grand jury indictments, delinquent child support lock-up orders, child support summons, justice court warrants, district attorney & justice court bad checks, notary, and delinquent land tax notices.
