School Resource Officers
The School Resource Officers of the Panola County Sheriff's Department are sworn deputies who are assigned to work in the schools of the county. These officers serve as a resource to school officials, students, and parents through a variety of duties. Each officer has received specialized training and has been certified by the Mississippi State Board of Education as state wide school resource officers.
These officers work in schools throughout our county including Pope Elementary and Junior High, Greenhill Elementary, Crenshaw Elementary, North Panola Elementary, North Panola Junior High, and North Panola High School.
